Ruh-roh. Went to bed at 1am last night (too excited about weekend), and had to get up at 5am to catch flight. Am verrry tired now…. Am at Atlanta Airport, 1/3 of the way there. Woo-hoo!
By any chance, will Lucinda be doing any TV appearances while in NYC?

I will be there for all 3 nights – woo-hoo! 😀 Hope to be in Manhattan by 5pm tomorrow. The big weekend is upon us, see y’all there.

I wonder if Mary Chapin Carpenter will be there tonight? I was at the Whole Foods in Charlottesville last month, and none other than MCC was the customer in front of me at the check-out line. The cashier said that she owns a horse farm in the area. Have fun, Stoger! 🙂
Okay, so yesterday I spent 4 hours unsuccessfully trying to guess the password for the Live Nation pre-sale for the NYC shows. Tonight I went back to try again, and now there is an additional pre-sale, this time for citi credit card holders. Fortunately, my son has one of those, and I was able to get my tickets for all 3 nights. 😀 I tried to pay with my own credit card (not a citi card), and it wouldn’t let me. My tickets were numbered in the low 100’s, so hopefully the venue won’t be sold out before they go on sale to the public. And I agree, I hate pre-sales unless they are geared to fans. Good luck, everyone. I hope a lot of us are able to make it to these shows. LP&R
Ticketmaster / Live Nation says NYC shows go on Live Nation pre-sale on Monday 8/3 at 10am EDT; on sale to the general public on 8/7 at 10am EDT. (Does anyone know how Live Nation pre-sales work? Password?) Also, it doesn’t give specifics, but there appears to be a discount if you buy tickets for all 3 NYC shows. Woo-hoo! I am still basking in the afterglow from the 2007 NYC shows, can’t wait to experience this bunch. 🙂
