Yes -he was at the Diamond Ballroom show and I first met him at the Dallas HOB show also. He may have emailed me back around that time -going to see if I can find it.
Wonders never cease -I had no idea about the Swiss Radio thing -looking into how that got up. Not upset about it necessarily just don’t like surprises.
To answer some of the other questions -I’ve mentioned it before that Amazon uses something they call dynamic pricing which basically means as I’ve had it explained to me that the more something is ordered the lower the price goes. Because the deluxe is being ordered far more than the standard it has a lower price. The standard was created to appease a couple of big retail accounts who insist on having a choice between a standard and a deluxe if there is a deluxe version. If not for that the deluxe would’ve been the only version.In regards to the bonus tracks we jumped the gun a little on that -those two tracks will be included but i’m looking at adding something additional, but won’t know further until tomorrow.
If you click on the right hand of the video on the home page you can see four more videos, and if you play them all in order you hear the entire version of the song Blessed.
Just trying to get all this stuff out there and working -we think they’re really special videos -I hope you all enjoy them.Yes -that is the band for the March shows, but Val is not able to commit to the rest of the year so we will have a new guitar player in April and beyond.
As I’m sure I will be asked, it will not be Doug Pettibone either as Doug also had prior commitments.Mike–I believe Paul did a great job of answering your question -Lucinda will be playing late afternoon at the fest but I should that I don’t believe her set will be a hour and a half- I have to go back and look but I believe we are contracted for 70 mins -and the next night at HOB is a full show.
Yes -Fayetteville is now confirmed. Everything from 4/29 – 5/8 is confirmed.
Yes -right now all of the shows that are scheduled going forward are with the band- with the exception of 2 shows at the Blue Door in OKC at the end of March.
The band will be Buick 6 -Butch, David and the second leg (April /May) will include a new permanent guitar player who we hope will be with us for the forseeable future.
I’m sure the RSVP’s are still coming -we will make sure all of you are covered one way or another.
Augustana will be after Lu as we chose to take the 10:00 start time.We are shooting for a Weds pre-sale. Right now Birmingham and Nashville are not among the possibles for April/May but the dates before Atlanta and after New Orleans are very tentative, so that could change very quickly.
Dylan Leblanc is now confirmed as the opener the rest of the shows after Toronto, with the exception of NY where there will not be anyone opening.
