there are supposedly VIP suites or similar but i think General admission and standing only is the venue. old guy that i am ,i’ll still probably be there….seeing Lu standing and hurting is better than not seeing Lu at all.

thanks Stoger ,yeah i’m bummed bigtime….the last venue when she was in Bhm was The Alabama Theatre ,the best accoustics this side of The Tabernacle. i’m just afraid this will be her last tour as she has gradually settled down in her life. i’m a sentimental southern boy…my favorite Lu song is ‘Bus to Baton Rouge’….so i was really looking forward to a stop close by so i could attend on a worknite. Chattanooga has the new track 29 but when i stopped by an info booth at the Brewfest last saturday they told me it was all standing ; with a back injury and 53yrs i need to sit occasionally throughout a concert. anyway ,thanks for the reply…and the idea of Lu printing new tee-shirts is a good idea.

hey Tom ,is Birmingham a go yet ? i see it’s tenative ,as is Chattanooga….just wanting to make plans since i live inbetween both. i checked out Track 29 in Chattanooga and from what i understand it’s all standing ,no seating. that puts a strain on an old guy like me ,lol. also ,wish she was doing Birmingham Theatre again ,it’s second only to Bijou Theatre in Knoxville ,thx again Tom.

knoxville is 3 hours away but with Atlanta being at the Cobb instead of The House of Blues (Tabernacle) and Memphis being 5 hours away ,then Knoxville will work. i’ll be putting in for leave today.

man ,i can’t believe Lu hasn’t confirmed more show dates between late march and late april. she’s already in the southland so why not do some more shows ,Chattanooga ,Birmingham ,Huntsville ,etc. help me out guys ,time is running out, it’s march 9th !!

has anyone heard of Lu doing some shows to fill in some southern dates like in Chattanooga or Birmingham ?
