Funny Story: I loaned a friend my copy of “Live at the Fillmore”. She said “what’s this she lives at the Fillmore”? I had to point out the other meaning of the word “live”, in this case a live recording of Lu and her band playing songs in front of an audience. She said “cool”. You can’t make this shit up!
She hasn’t given it back either.

Great report! How could you disrember? We had a coupon at Upper West on Pico where we repaired for drinks and food items at the bar. Back when we were alive? I did not witness Amy hauling her own bass I was probably transfixed by Shannon McNally’s split skirt from my seat in the front row.

The one and only time I saw Amy was of course at McCabes with you and she was superb.
