Atta boy Tom. Prepare for a 500 word response, none of it making any sense.
tonygKeymasterI just got home, 2 am, from the Charlie Louvin/Mike Stinson show in Silver Lake. Great night. Started out with me standing in a cold, driving downpour wating for the doors to open and ended with a power failure in the neighborhood, ending the show prematurely. In between, I saw a great show. Lucinda sat in for 2 songs, Get Right With God, and a Louvin Bros. song, When I stop Dreaming.
Full report tomorrow.
tonygKeymasterFrom the 2/5/09 LA Times:

tonygKeymasterNice try, Steverino. “A” for effort. You were right the first time, though. Don’t feed the troll.
tonygKeymasterGood article. It says she will be on Letterman 2/10, I think.
I first saw the Heartless Bastards in Ventura. I think it was the 06 tour. Tom, you were there. I can’t say I’m a big fan, though. I thought they were too loud.
Good luck to them.
tonygKeymasterGood post, Jackstraw. I guess after 8 years its time for a new direction. Still bummed though. I wonder if this is the only change?
tonygKeymasterThis is a severe and devastating bummer.
tonygKeymasterThat doesn’t mean he won’t be with LW when it’s time to start her tour. (Ooops yes it does.)
P.S. Ray’s Euro tour ends 2/28 in Amsterdam. Lu’s tour starts 2/19. Innaresting.
(edited for being wrong.)
tonygKeymasterHere we go. Let’s see who takes the bait!
tonygKeymasterI prefer the released version. Maybe because that’s the version I was used to. But the unreleased one didn’t sound as good to me and I am glad LW made the changes.
tonygKeymasterMe three. Save me some cake.
tonygKeymasterGood find Tom.
tonygKeymasterGood article. Not sure what type of reader gets Garden & Gun magazine. Water your geraniums, then bust a cap in someones aSs?
tonygKeymasterThx for making me chuckle tonight, TOverby.
tonygKeymasterWow. Good stuff. Thx for the link. His version is similar to Neil Young’s version, rather than the original Don Gibson version which is, if I remember correctly, played extremely fast and zippy.
