Now that you mention it, that is a great line up. I saw Jorma recently and he was great. I have not seen David Bromberg since I was in college but I would love to see him now. Ditto Garth Hudson.

    Have fun! 😀

The Chet has been out of the band for a year or so. He plays with The Eeels.

Nice high def broadcast. Tremendous show by Neil and Crazy Horse. The setlist:

    Love and Only Love
    Powderfinger
    Born in Ontario
    Walk Like a Giant
    Needle and the Damage Done
    Twisted Road
    Fuckin Up
Rockin in the Free World (everyone)

Now I am super pumped up about seeing them at the Hollywood Bowl on 10/17.

The Global Citizen Festival from Central Park is live on TV right now if you get the Palladia channel. NY and CH are going to appear but I don’t know when. 😀

To answer Lwj’s question in the Levon Helm tribute show thread -it is very doubtful there will be any more shows in the Northeast but she will be making the following special appearances:

10/3 — Levon Helm tribute show (New Jersey)
10/6 — New Yorker Magazine Festival (short solo set and both a one on one interview with a New Yorker writer as well as questions from the audience (New York)
10/14 – Woody Guthrie 100th Anniversary show -this will be the final celebration of Woody’s 100th Birthday shows that have been taking place this year. Lucinda will be debuting a song co-written from previously unreleased Woody Guthrie words (Washington DC)

There is also a chance of one more special appearance the weekend of 10/20 & 21 that is not confirmed yet.

Still doing the 10/3 and 10/14 shows Tom? Band or duo? Must be about time to hit the highway.

P.S. Ooops. Just saw on Lu’s FB page about the 10/3 show. Grrr.
