Didn’t Lucinda tour the east coast last year, at least once? I know she went to New England twice. You see her more than us Southern Californians. 🙄
Aren’t you forgetting all those “one off” shows y’all get to see in SoCal, tonyg? You know, those one-of-a-kind shows on New Year’s Eve, with Jack Shit, etc.? 😉
And, you are certainly within driving distance of the upcoming Cave Creek show (at least, it is a drive I would certainly consider if I lived in the LA area)…

ParticipantWell, I’m a bit partial to a “Southeast U.S. Summer Tour”, but a Northeast U.S. one will at least be closer to me than NZ/AUS! 😆

Yeah, that’s the one. Love Jim Lauderdale as the “bad boy” on Jailhouse Tears, and Doug’s guitar throughout…not to mention Buddy Miller…now there’s a touring band. WOW
Indeed!

Oh, and I had to laugh when I told him the play was excellent and he replied by telling me we (mellenheads) all think anything he does is excellent.
Well, as an “unbiased” observer, I can vouch for the veracity of your opinion! 😉

(Uh, should I have inserted a “that” in front of the first “the” above?! 😕 )
Not so sure about that, Lefty. I have been told that I use too many “thats” in my writing – that is, when that situation that doesn’t require a “that” arises, I have that urge to insert one regardless.
And I’m told that I am too wordy at times, as well… 😉

Ahem, Tom, when you find and marry Ms Right, her first name changes from the one her parents gave her to ALWAYS. Not sometimes right, not occasionally right, not nearly always right but always right. Any man who realises this will have a long and happy marriage, and men who are happily married live longer. 😆

Will you be able to get here by 5:00 PM? 😯

ParticipantI’d agree totally on “Righteously” as well. I missed that wailing guitar lead-in that Dougie P. did so well…

ParticipantGreat video, great performance & great song, but that is definitely not Lu. I don’t know who she is, but I’ve seen Lu enough in person to know that is not her…
