Got it today & just finished my first listen. Wow! What a great album. I love it. I especially love how “out front” Doug’s guitar & Lu’s vocals are. Nice mix.
Congrats to all involved – Lu, Buick 6, Tom O., and everyone else. You all deserve a big pat on the back &, if there is any justice in this cruel ol’ world, this album will be a big success for you all. My heartfelt thanks go out to Lu, Tom & the “boys in the band” for this great new material.

Wow! That *is* odd! I wonder how that could have happened? Maybe someone with the “Inside” scoop on how vinyl pressings are run in the factory can shed some light on it…

Nice set – wish I could’ve been there. And “Hot Blood” in the encore! One of the two songs I want more than anything to hear live one day (the other being “Side of the Road”).

Thanks for posting this, Lefty. I didn’t even know that Chrissie & Co. had a new album come out last week – I guess I’ve been under a rock waiting on Little Honey to be released. So, I ordered a copy of Break Up The Concrete just a few minutes ago.

Oh well. So much for release-day delivery. My copy of Little Honey from Amazon.com won’t be delivered until tomorrow afternoon. And, the copy I ordered from BestBuy.com wasn’t even shipped until yesterday, and that’s coming regular mail, so it won’t get here until late this week. So, I envy all y’all who have your copies today, but I have one more day to wait. 👿 🙁 😥

Cool – I hope so. The shipment confirmation e-mail says expected delivery of Wednesday, but it did ship today & I get UPS 2 day shipping by being an Amazon Prime member, so maybe it will be here on Release Day. UPS tracking doesn’t show a delivery date yet.
I know I’ve said this before, but I can’t wait! I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning… 😆

Too bad about the show tonight. My empathy goes out to those who were all psyched up to see Lu only to be disappointed. I know how you must feel.
Tom & Lu will make it up to y’all, I am sure. Maybe they’ll swing up that way after they come to Atlanta early next year? 😉 8)

Amazon has apparently started shipping pre-orders of Little Honey. I just got an e-mail from them saying my copy has shipped.
With 2nd day air delivery, I’ll have it Wednesday. Hopefully I can resist the temptation to rush out Tuesday & buy a copy… 😈
