You are a manic depressive; who are you kidding! Anyone can tell from your posts’. I hope you get well. When things change you wiil be right back kissing someone else’s ass.TimParticipantTom; quite kissing aSS! Youve been doing it for two years! Have a conscience will you! Tonyg is the man!
TimParticipantIt was just announced a few days ago that a great new band, The Low Anthem will be opening for Emmylou on this leg of the tour. I saw them open for Ray LaMontagne last year and they blew everyone away!
TimParticipantThat was Val McCallum playing guitar.
TimParticipantPre-sale tickets for the Calvin Theatre show just went on sale this morning. I got seats in the orchestra pit, dead center, sixth row. This show can’t come fast enough now!
TimParticipantThree new dates have just been announced:
September 30 Stateline (Tahoe), NV-Harrah’s South Shore Room
November 13 Montclair, NJ-The Wellmont Theatre
November 14 Albany, NY-The Egg (Hart Theatre); One of my favorite venues
TimParticipantYes, it was a great show. Lucinda & the band were in fine form, and Mr Charlie Louvin put on quite a performance to open the night.
TimParticipantThat show was in Birmingham, Alabama on September 20-something, 2007.
TimParticipantHey Stoger, glad you brought that up. It was certainly a crowd pleaser. Eric’s whistling was unbelievable! Don’t know how he did that without at least one glitch. I’m glad you got to see them in your “home” state. Enjoy your LW shows next month.
TimParticipantHopefully she will be able to play for a decent amount of time, Lafayette. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
TimParticipantvinylfan, I saw Tift a month ago in Massachusetts. You are lucky indeed, she was fantastic. A great mix of new and old songs. Her band was tight, with the great Eric Heyward on guitar & pedal steel. Ray LaMontagne was sitting next to me in the audience.
TimParticipantCharlie Louvin is a great human being. All my prayers go out to him.

TimParticipantTremendous song Lefty! Thank you for posting. NEIL is still NEIL!
