TimParticipant
I was only able to get a look at a few of the message boards during the earlier years. Mostly at the beginning of 2003.
TimParticipantThanks for that link, Lefty.
TimParticipantNice post, Pitbull. Thanks for your honesty.
TimParticipantHi Lefty, I just call it like I see it. I have no agenda or dogma to spout out here. That’s the way it will always be with me. Hopefully that Rochester show will be rescheduled for all of you out there in NY state. Keep the faith.
TimParticipantbinaryj, I was not able to copy the setlist over. Just go the the setlist menu and drag the bar to Sept 18, 2007.
TimParticipantHere’ the setlist from the Austin City Limits show in 2007:

TimParticipantNo Stoger, I could not. But I searched Byron Bay and it is in Australia. I know they intended to play there next year but I thought it was going to be summer or later.
TimParticipantThank you for the info, Paul. Here’s a review of one of the shows:

TimParticipantI heard an interview with Carrie a few weeks back and I think she said that she “played” on a track. That voice on Tears Of Joy though sounds just like her. I thought maybe rather than an oversight, her name may have been left off because of a management/record label reason.
TimParticipantFrom what I’ve heard, it’s likely in summer 2009.
TimParticipantDisco Stu, I have to say that your view of the new record is about exactly the same as mine. Excellent points that you made. I’ve heard it eight times thru now and I would agree with Lefty and give it a 7 on a 1-10 scale. I have heard “Circles And X’s” twice in concert this year, and I feel it is sounds much better when it is done live. Hopefully they will play it the night that you’re going.
TimParticipantShe opened the Albany show with it. Just her on acoustic, and Doug on electric guitar. It sounded great.
TimParticipantHere’s a review about Nashville show:

TimParticipantLefty, I love that song, but not the version that’s on the record. Saw it done twice, two weeks ago with Doug singing the “bad boy” part and it was phenomenal! The song really flows in concert. On the record it sounds too pretentious to me. I do not like Elvis’ vocal. I’m going to see the last two shows of the tour in Ventura and Los Angeles. Sorry about what happened in Rochester, but I’m sure Lucinda and the band will make it a great show early next year.
