I don’t post often, but I couldn’t leave you all hanging!
I didn’t write down the setlist, but off of the top of my head here’s what I remember:She opened solo with Passionate Kisses (Lucinda acknowledged that Mary Chapin Carpenter played the fest the day before) before Doug joined her.

The show was awesome, the sound was theater quality, and Lucinda sounded great. Even though I love the full band, I enjoyed seeing just her and Doug and hearing the sparser arrangements. We waited in line to get into the venue and sat in the second row with Lucinda’s aunt and other family who were friendly, lovely, and sweet. Lucinda talked to the crowd a bit more than usual – it was nice to hear more from her!
Even though it was a shorter, festival set, I left feeling quite fulfilled. BTW, it’s a great festival – we spent three days listening to great music from veterans and up and coming acts in a beautiful setting.

I don’t post here often, but I’m a longtime Lu fan. This is an outstanding festival – we went last year, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The setting is gorgeous, there are shows in many different types of venues from record stores to tents to nightclubs to amphitheaters. Many of the artists play multiple shows t/o the weekend. Some of the headliners who played a big show outdoors also did smaller, intimate shows in rounds with other artists.
Am I hoping Lu does a couple of smaller venues, sure I am! But it will be a great time nonetheless.

SueHi ya’ll, I’m sorry if I missed this somewhere else on the forums – does anyone know the status of the 07/29/2012 – Prescott, NH show? It disappeared from Facebook but is still listed on this site.
