stogerParticipant
I’ve been a part of two different Fabrik crowds,, but I’m not insulted by “the best crowd ever” comment. Somewhere in Hamburg there exists (still, I hope) a great record store where I bought WWT in vinyl and toted it in my minimal luggage space back to our shores, circa 2003.
stogerParticipantI didn’t know Margaret Moser, but RIP indeed. At some point I bet we will hear the new song about/for her, though I realize Lu may need some time to work up to that. Also, good to note “Seeing Black” as an alternative selection.
stogerParticipantI won’t ask whose gnarled hands are cropped into the lower right of this last pic. Good to hear that “Copenhagen” was played in its native country. Just one question: Is Tonder pronounced with the short o or the long o sound?
stogerParticipantgood work: hope to see setlist soon
stogerParticipantThanks Tom and Tony: no rest for the weary–do keep us abreast of the international shows.
stogerParticipantI believe the Columbus T was once a porn house, but no reflection upon Low Anthem.
stogerParticipantYet I prefer the clam chow to the “New England” type. . .
stogerParticipantShe.
stogerParticipantGreat crowd, historic and roomy room. But as I commented in a text to Tom and Matt before the show, the town failed to impress. I believe “kitsch” and “gaudy” were quotes from said text.
stogerParticipantTell the truth, Tony: you had something to do with the former lead guitarist getting fourth bill on this poster. Even so, it’s good to see that listing; I have both his records, despite a dubious executive producer credit on the latter.
stogerParticipantUH wildfire, WE believe in her too, here at the Forum. We also believe in four bonus tracks, the new versions by her current band which have rocked the house live this year, and yes, Lu’s amazing talent. This is going to be different from your beloved 1992 album, which I love too by the way. Get your pink vinyl now. And nice MM Murphy ref in your handle.
stogerParticipantA grammatical outrage to use the article “an” in front of a consonant sound, Tony; I’m offended and outraged!
stogerParticipantThanks, Tom. I remember the theatre downtown well, where Heather’s memorial service was held today. Venue was either near or that very same Paramount. Bought you a drink in a hotel bar before one Charlottesville show, as I recall.
stogerParticipantBut no blockage to stoger’s email address, right TonY?
stogerParticipantPost-cruise action, perfect for landlubbers. I’m in.
