stogerParticipant
I’m willing to make a modest contribution to the bow-wow fund for this trifecta in TX to happen, Mike.
stogerParticipantI was planning on it, Mike. But Moody T is indoors, as you say. I can’t imagine these will happen, given the pattern.
Reno is gone too, eh? Seems like Kansas is purged also, though Little Rock is still on Isbell’s website. Those are getting a bit out of your territory, I realize.
Hoping for the best. . .
stogerParticipantOK I grant you spouse slot too Ton, after that comprehensive listing above.
So I’m hearing Isbell is doing only outdoor shows, with the others getting postponed til 2022. True? Of course I have no doubt the shows listed here under “Tour dates” will stay up for eons.
stogerParticipantThanks, Tony, but that’s not the way it’s advertised. In the absence of any bottom-line info posted on this Forum, I suggest Tony provide a permanent link to Rolling Stone magazine so that we can thus find out readily about Lucinda events.
Secondly, I nominate Tony G as tour manager, merch hand, and–what the hell–manager. I stop short of spouse.
stogerParticipantHoly crap, Tony. Good dig-out. I guess our UK/Europe friends are disappointed, but this rocks America. I notice erstwhile Ontario barrista Kathleen Edwards was not singled out in Lu’s facebook post. A deep line-up, uh huh uh huh.
stogerParticipantAmen, Mike–and thanks for your own recent research.
stogerParticipantMore gloom news: on the Ticketmaster website, only Vancouver is listed with both Isbell and Williams’ names, though most (not all) of the summer Isbells are listed.
On Poll Star, only Vancouver and Seattle are listed at all from that run.
Santa Barbara has joined LA and San Diego as cancelled.
I haven’t checked individual venue websites, but this is trending in all the wrong directions.
stogerParticipantI’m sorry about LA too, Tony. I fear a slippery slope–and I don’t expect any authoritative information to the contrary. Mike, you are an optimist with those purchases. I’m probably going to check individual venue websites for all the summer shows which have been frozen under “Tour Dates” on this website for months, with no modifications or additions. Of course, openers can be purged at the drop of a hat; even if some/most of the Isbell shows go on, support acts can be plugged in and out easily.
Where did you see the Brighton and Cambridge listings, Tony and Dr.? It seems daft that Lucinda would make her return to the stage in England as the headliner, though I’d love to see you European fans satisfied.
I think none of us should get too pumped up, in the absence again of info to the contrary.

stogerParticipantBrighton? Brighton? As in Graham Greene’s Brighton Beach? Doctor, we seek confirmation of North American dates first and foremost this end, but with the final dates of the (projected) Isbell tour stretching into August, it’s hard to think your side will see Lucinda 2021. But no one I know knows anything, or says anything. One can hope.
stogerParticipantIt is now off the books. The festival goes on, with a curt announcement that she is ill and won’t be performing.
stogerParticipantListing is great, but when will Mandolin come through on the whole series of six, which some of us ordered months ago?
stogerParticipantSo be it: this retired English prof. yields to a retired engineer in the matter of numbers taking precedence over letters.
stogerParticipantI couldn’t click on my own typed URL, but maybe someone can figure it out. Lu live in Key West late April, headlining a fest.
stogerParticipantThanks, Tony.
