I was there too – and enjoyed every second of the show.

Methinks the signed ones ran out 😥 but never mind – I’m sure they are worth the wait (not had time to listen to any of them yet).
Off to see the Sheffield show tomorrow night so it’s quite a Lu week!
I emailed the store and PM’d Inside Job around the same time and had a farily rapid response to both.
The upshot was that my order hadn’t been shipped but as Inside Job says on the other thread, the matter is being dealt with now so hopefully it won’t be too long before the CDs land here in the UK.
I’m sure they’ll be more than worth the wait! 😀
I’ve really been enjoying ‘Red Dirt Girl’; it’s a very powerful set of songs. Good to hear Patty Griffin on there too.
It’s got to be said that the sound is somewhat murky on a couple of tracks…is it noted for its curious over-produced nature or is my copy dodgy?
Anyway, I’m sufficiently enhtused to move for the Songbird box set next.
That’s fast if they’ve started arriving in the UK (especially given the mountain of postal backlog since the strikes here). Hopefully mine will arrive sometime this week then ~ really looking forward to getting stuck in to them! 😀
Let’s hope it’s not too long before we in the UK are seeing these plop through the letterbox. A signed one would be a terrific bonus! 😀

On the site http://dougpettibone.com/, following the link to buy the album, has anyone bought one online? It’s just that the site doing the selling seems to have ‘invalid certificate’ on the checkout page.
Is it really safe to order from there and if not does anyone know an alternative place to buy ‘The West Gate’ ?
