Hi Guys,
Been listening to Lu’s stuff obviously, but also been giving some time to Alice Cooper’s early stuff, Frank Zappa, Joe Walsh, Little Feat, the Boss, Tom Waits ( what’s ‘Jersey Girl’ like ! ) John Prine, Neil Young, Faith no More, Bob Dylan’s Hard Rain, ( best version of ‘Shelter from the Storm’ ) Steve Earle, think his last three albums have been the best stuff he’s written. The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, pure Rock n Roll vaudeville! The best rock band ever…AC/DC… prefer Bon but Brian was the only replacement good enough, and he has carried it handsomely. As I write this, ZZ Top’s Rio Grande Mud is on the deck. Vinyl rools !
