Can’t find an actual setlist, and I couldn’t remember if it was last week… but
Steve Earl also joined her for Concrete and Barbed Wire…

    Great Memories!

My first (and so far, unfortunately only) Live Aid concert!!

Great day of music at White River Amphitheater..
Honestly, to this day, when I think of the song Joy performed live, I think back to that version every time..

Tickets secured for Vancouver, Spokane and Tucson….

Portland and Seattle don’t appear to have any pre-sales, and will be available tomorrow.

Vancouver and Spokane pre-sales are under-way (I think for only 24 hrs) also, I believe that you may have to access the active pre-sale links only through Lu’s FB. (I could be wrong..)

    *Pre-sale Password for both SPIRIT

Feeling like it’s an early Christmas with all the shows coming this way…

Thanks for the Spokane Valentines Day info and link, LW!!

Unfortunately mine will be working that evening and it’s too soon to tell whether I’ll be able to make the trip over the mountain passes that weekend solo….

The great news about the date for me, is that I have to be in Arizona leaving the following Wednesday and I was a little nervous about where the tour might be on their west coast leg as I didn’t want to miss any northwest stops..

So if Spokane is Saturday, I gotta think Seattle, Portland, Vancouver et al may be the few days prior, and even if couple days after.. I should be able to still make…

Killin’ me not to be snappin’ up a ticket or three though…
Good chance if the mountain passes and Spokane aren’t buried in snow, that I’ll be making the five+ hour drive.

Another “World tour of LA” trip (pun intended) would be a blast!

And also this time, no “Big Sur” excursion and no “HOLY CRAP Watch that Step (in a dark bar)!” encores…

    Sad news indeed.
First Bobby Keys and then this..

Neither of them ever officially a “member” of The Rolling Stones, but key contributors for certain.
Bobby more so as a longtime member (since the sixties) of their touring band.

Had the extreme pleasure of meeting Bobby backstage in Houston at a festival concert that we were at to see Lu.
Shook his hand and asked him when the Stones were going to fire up another tour and he said “Just waitin’ on the call man.. Just waitin’ on the call..

Sad that Ian never got that faces reunion that he wanted more than any of them.
For Rod Stewart it was always going to be “next year”…

Love the couple of references I read regarding “cranky old dudes” at the show…

There were a lot of younger fans trying to push their way towards the front, perhaps thinking they were still at HSB which is kind of standard operating procedure there, only to be denied here…

    And I wasn’t cranky… 😀
