I completely agree! Similar comments in Perth. Crowds are much more appreciative ‘up north’. Bring on a Celtic tour please Tom!
Whilst in no way meaning to be critical, but why not skip London? There are plenty of fans who dont live in the south or large cities who love you. If you do make it over at the end of the year please, please come back to Scotland?? Plenty of good venues here for you especially in Edinburgh.
Saw the Perth show in 2009- outstanding! Any Scottish show would be great, Edinburgh would be better
I just wanted to add as a ‘local’, Lucinda was outstanding! What a voice! My only complaint was the crowd who were content to just sit and occasionally clap politely was shamefull and disrespectfull to an amazing bunch of musicians. Good on the two guys who stood up duing ‘Honey Bee’ and tried to get everyone going. Maybe next time the venue would be better without seating. That said it must rank as one of the best shows I have ever seen.
