i was just listening to NY’s tell me why.

“is it hard to make arrangements with yourself, when you’re old enough to repaint, but young enough to sell?”

that is not slight, slender, light.

STOWAWAY is slight* and sweet. lyric-wise it reads like a very endearing poem.

*as in slender. god knows we need lighter songs.

aaah, WWT madness. title song + people talkin’ + fruits of my labor.

no need to carry on a concert after those. 🙂

    Stowaway in Your Heart.

nice title. i had to find out what “stowaway” meant, though.

obviously kelly dearmore is having a hard time with gentlemen lately because the top 7 songs she chose view sadness more in terms of problematic relationships than anything else. (and it’s staggering that the saddest of all P.R. songs is missing, ‘side of the road’.)

also, jailhouse tears?! it’s almost a feel-good song.

now what about hank williams jr.’s remark today? it’s depressing that a record praising HW gets to be released a day after his son gets a national beating.

pretty good article, with great space dedicated to LW.

now i have a question. how can we compare the original lyrics by HW with LW’s? what has changed? what was added?

The silver lining in pirated music is more people will hear the music, especially with artists that are not getting exposure on the mainstream stations.

precisely. it’s a win-win thing. and you’re american (i guess), and that makes things easier for you (esp. regarding exposure on the mainstream stations). it’s harder for someone living in sweden and a bit more for someone in brazil and a bit more for someone in, say, sierra leone.
