Note the spelling error of Doug’s last name on PDF page 4, Background Vocal for “Walk On”. Hopefully, the error occurs only for this PDF, and not on the actual album notes.
paul_from_losangelesParticipantAs of this morning, ticketing now allows purchase of 1-day Priority View (also the VIP Backstage Bar), for Friday only or Saturday only. Previously, you needed to purchase a 2-day pass for the up-front viewing options. Possibly, the 1-day VIP tickets will sell-out quickly, but one might infer that the 2-day VIP option was not selling up to expectations. Anyway, GA tickets are still available.

“No alcohol will be for sale in the park, however, alcohol is allowed as per park rules: no hard alcohol or glass is allowed; beer and wine in non-glass containers ONLY. Any hard alcohol brought to the festival will be confiscated by SFPD and violators may be subject to fine.”

paul_from_losangelesParticipantIn response to Lafayette’s recent note, the Facebook page for The Grand Opera House reveals Lucinda’s date as Saturday night, June 7.
In response to LWjetta’s note for May 24, Clearwater, FL, the venue website now displays Lucinda’s show, with tickets on-sale Saturday, April 12.
paul_from_losangelesParticipantSorry, stoger, but my only Austin show was The Roost. I have returned home to Los Angeles. My intention was to avoid the SXSW crowds as much as possible. Someone else will need to report on other Lucinda happenings in Austin.

22. Rockin’ in the Free Worldpaul_from_losangelesParticipantSorry, but I’m confused. I don’t find Lucinda’s name in the link above for the Jimi Hendrix tribute.
More important, Lucinda is the featured (only?) act at the Roost, 15 miles north of Butler Park, at 9 PM.
Maybe, Lucinda could make an appearance at Butler Park, but it seems logistically difficult.paul_from_losangelesParticipantEntertaining show at the Hotel Cafe. The tables normally in front of the stage were moved to the sides, allowing standees closer access, but folks at the tables had diminished views. New songs at this show for this tour were Copenhagen, Ugly Truth, and West.
Good to see westwords, grumpymama, tonyg, and samishseamike at the show.
The Kenneth Brian Band returned with volume and drums, after two mellow shows at McCabes.
For the 10 dates of the tour, Lucinda performed 69 different songs.
Burning Bridges, Joy, and Something Wicked were the only songs performed for all 10 shows.
paul_from_losangelesParticipantstoger, I presume “It’s Hard to Take”, from McCabes #2, is the song you listed as “It’s Hard to Take This Old Heartache” from San Juan Capistrano. Since I didn’t attend the Coach House show, I’m not sure.
paul_from_losangelesParticipantThanks, tonyg, for posting the setlist. I enjoyed this very interesting show, with 24 songs over 2 hours and 20 minutes, including “The Night’s Too Long”, “Everything Has Changed”, and the rarely-performed “Soldier’s Song”.
