I own both sets. I find myself listening to the LA shows more often. The recordings of the LA shows are solid.
The more I listen to these songs, the more excited I get for the album. Sounds really solid. I’m interested how it is received by critics.
Could this be her new “CAR WHEELS”???? I think there is a good possibility.
Not sure how I feel about the elvis costello vocal. Hopefully, it will probably grow on me.
I really like the others. “little rock star” is great.Wow, when it rains, it POURS!! I’ve been wanting to hear her cut of “Masters of War” for a long time.
“Desert Flower” I couldn’t hear her at all on that song.
I picked up “Closing In On the Fire” by Tony Joe White. She is good on that one.I really enjoy “Carless Darling” with Ramblin’ Jack. Also, picked up “Hard Time Killing Floor Blues” the other day. It sounds awesome.
