    Yes,
I saw Matthew Ryan open for LW a few yrs ago. He plays around Nashville every now & then. Someone on the site recommended “Regret Over The Wires” and I just got it. Very good. I am seeing Lucinda and the band in Birmingham in a few weeks and can’t wait. Pretty disappointed about Doug so it will be interesting to see the new band. The Alabama Theatre is a great place to see a show. 8)

My recommendation would be the Heartless Bastards. Saw them open for her at the Ryman, and then saw them at The Exit Inn. They are very good. Any news on the Buick 6 cd showing up for sale? 🙂

Sounds like a roadtrip. Hotlanta here we come. I have heard good things about both venues, but I think I would prefer The Tabernacle. I hope LW comes back to Nashville later next year. 😀

🙂 Cardinology is very cool. It’s different. Some of it has a “spacey” like early Yes quality. I really like it. If you haven’t heard Cold Roses I think that is one of his best.

🙂 Still a great show, But yes, the Ryman did cut her off. She played until 11:40pm the last time she played the Ryman. A security guard walked on stage this time. She looked perturbed?

😀 I saw the show and was very impressed with Lu and the band, especially Doug. Her vocals sounded great, his guitar never better, Both very relaxed. Only complaint was the quick ending, I beleive the Ryman turned on the lights. The last time I saw her there they flashed the lights at 11:40 to get her off stage. All in all a great show. I will see her again.
The show stealer was Come On. It rocked and they miked her vocals for it.
    Kelly in Brentwood.
