Had tickets for the Stockholm gig 4 days ago, but sadly it was cancelled due to Prine beeing sick or something. Hope it’s nothing bad and just a european flu!
Yep, it’s standing and they have a bar, too. I’m going there and i’m also going to the Stockholm gig. Great great news! Too bad i missed out on the early front row seats at Stockholm, but at Uppsala i’ll be down front 😀

also he had Dylan’s biograph on vinyl for 20 bucks in a big box set, one of the last tracks on one disk looked scratched.
i picked up a big box biograph set of cassettes, cassettes never played, still wrapped in the original plastic… 6 bucks.Funny since the first track of the album is “Ventura”!
Dylan’s biograph, in cassette? Thats pretty cool. Good collection of songs. “Abandoned Love” Is better than anything on Desire, and “Crawl out of your window” and “Positively 4th” makes it all worth buying.
Just got the vinyl version… Breathtakingly beautiful double gatefold! And what a performance, too!
First listen i wasnt cheering though, since i was in the mood for some upbeat rockin’ songs, and had not really studied the setlist of the album…
Now though, when i’m in that good old blue mood – what a killer collection of songs! Performed and recorded brilliantly.
11/10 point for this release.

This person wanted to sell it for 300 dollars despite the cover being worn… I just won an un-opened MINT condition ex. from ebay, just put it on the player now actually, 100% mint.
What i paid? 38.55 dollars.
I agree, it is a very stupid move for there are tons of people who do not wish to be on facebook but who could really get a lot of use out of spotify, i’m thinking about people who dont have the power, money or will to get a new collection of cds, mp3s, w/e after they maybe sold their record collection in the 90’s, it is very easy for people to just search instead of buying alot of records, for recreatinal listening.
Anyway, such streaming services are surely here to stay, and there are some other ones around too. If you’d like to try an “illegal” (i dont think you are doing anything illegal listening, though) streaming service, go to grooveshark.com and have a listen, it’s completely free but the quality is not supervised and it may differ alot, so it is not the same or as good as spotify.
Well, i mostly listen to vinyl records but these services sure can be useful, especially in checking out new artists.
Hello! This music program has really alot of music, many big names with the exceptions of some artists like beatles and dylan.
See, the company started here in sweden and i’ve used it since the start, and it’s a great service. If you get bored of the free version, At 7 bucks a month you get free music 24/7 and can make playlists and stuff. Be sure to check it out! At 13 or so dollars you get it free in your mobile phone aswell as in your computer.It really has a lot of music, it has all lucindas stuff except the Rough trade album and im using it right now listening to Howlin Wolf.
TNTRACY – It has most of the music i listen to. Maybe 10-15% they dont have. That’s quite good, i think, and i do listen to alot of different genres and artists.
The music is streamed, like in youtube, hence you need a connection, but it does not steal much bandwidth. If you get spotify premium (13 bux) you can download music for offline play, that means the files are in your computer but you only can use them with spotify and not burn them or play them in itunes.
This is a really big hit in Sweden and Everybody, i mean everybody uses it. They just landed some kind of deal with facebook, too…
Aye, artists like Lucinda gets zero coverage here… Aint never heard of her here and nobody i know knows her, except one friend that originally comes from Houston, TX. Of course she’s heard of LU! 😀
Hehe, i’m not very good at english, i guess period fits better. ^^ Anyways, i can clearly see the difference in these periods!

btw, ‘side of the road’ looks more and more to be the LW’s masterpiece in my opinion. i mean, this is a heartwrenching and immensely relatable song and i was discussing it with a friend that went to amsterdam for her master’s and left her boyfriend of 4 years, also my friend, behind in rio. so you see.
Oh yeah, i think everyone can relate to it, even though everyone wasn’t at Lucinda’s point of view. I know i can. It’s really touching. and she’s made it so beautiful. I truly think it is if not her best song ever, at least the best on LW.
