    Happy New Year folks.
Just noticed Amazon Canada shows a release date for the re-release one week earlier-Jan. 7,2014.
    Must be a goof.

Happy New Year Lafayette and all of the FF.
Lake effect snow and brrrr! cold weather storm advisory is in effect from Buffalo thru to the PA border.

Would have been great to get an autographed “Hey Kid” album from this Cleveland suburbs venue (it’s a bowling alley-I’ve been in a bowling league for eons.), but I’ll have to wait for better weather, we just got over a nasty ice storm here in Ontario.

Finally, I uploaded Angela’s cover of “Greenville,” from this past summer. I was talking to her, as well as her lead guitar player, Chris, on a break at a show at Southgate House, and the conversation steered towards Lu. They played “Greenville” for me during their next set.

    Great video Lafayette.
OK, so what’s the scoop on Angela’s Greenville cover ?
Did you happen to have the lyrics, chords in your purse ? 😆
Or, had Angela covered the song before and remembered the tune ?

Also very thoughtfull of you to invite her to the JM movie.

Angela’s new video promoting the single “Hurricane”
All of her videos are very creative.
The red sweater she is wearing in part of this video strongly resembles the Montreal Canadians hockey team. eh!

    LWj, get busy! 🙂

    Thanks Lefty.
Glad to see the show will take place in Toronto at Massey Hall (great historic venue) 2,700 capacity-seen Lu there twice-last time with the “Perfessor”.Would be great also to see Diana Krall (Elvis Costello) on stage with Neil.
Last time I sorta saw Neil was at the Air Canada Centre hockey arena with 20,000 capacity and it cost me approx. $125. to sit way back in the bleachers.
This time at Massey Hall, being a fundraiser tickets range from $95. to $250. This maybe a bit pricey for my retirement pension.

Well deserved for Amos volunteer work in the Philly area. The Liberty Bell gift was most appropriate.

Lafayette, I was searching WRLT-FM ( Nashville ) Lightning 100’s Audio Vault to see if they had Lucinda’s 3rd & Lindsley
self-titled broadcast which I had taped but in not the best quality, but I happened across this.
A recent live radio “Amos Lee Secret Show”, a full 1/2 hour with Amos new songs and great banter.
    Enjoy.

    Scroll down to #10.

Wonderfull news Lafayette, especially tour to Canada.
I’m assuming the other 2 favorites are Lu and Amos.
Re: JM I didn’t open my e-mail until Sat. morning and missed John’s live stream from Las Vegas for the NASCAR awards ceremony and I don’t receive FOX Sports on TV for the Sunday re-broadcast but did find a short sample of Pink Houses from the show in case you also missed it.

New full length record “Hey Kid” set for a January 21/14 release.
In the meantime Angela continues her retro theme of old style videos for the upcoming holiday season.
Again, playing the hand saw is featured.
    Enjoy.
