I don’t see this one on your spreadsheet
Album by Michael Fracasso called “Love/Trust” from 1993
Description says Lu does background vocals on one track. Which one?
Also she wrote the liner notes.

Lucinda performed Factory Blues at the New York #1 show of October 4, 2009, and the Chicago #1 show of October 13, 2009. You can find those threads and setlists in the Lucinda Shows section.

Thanks Paul. I did a little more research.

    Re: New York #1 Setlist

I believe it’s from this compilation album “I asked for Water, She Gave Me Gasoline”[attachment=0:3o17sa95]Graham Hines.jpg[/attachment:3o17sa95]
    Performed by Graham Hines
All Music-Scroll down to Factory Blues to hear a sample clip by Graham

But maybe? it was written by Jeff Stewart in 1989
Here are the lyrics and you can listen to the full song.

There appears to be two different versions of this song after listening to both clips.

I was just browsing old forum posts.
Couldn’t find any info on the song “Factory Blues”
I did find the song “Factory Girls” wherein Lu appeared as guest artist of the Irish band Flogging Molly.
The album from 2004 is called “Within a Mile of Home”
Have a listen to Lucinda’s contribution.

This is not Pieta’s new CD but one worth watching.
Pieta samples tracks from her album “Remember the Sun” on KCRW’s “Morning Becomes Eclectic” 11/13/07.

The DJ lent her a sweater for the cold air-conditioned studio and just to keep her head warm, Pieta was sporting one of these.

Here is the link to watch this 35 minute video.

Thanks Tony. I replayed the video this afternoon and was able to fill in the blanks.
I thought it was cool when Lu was motioning several times with her arms-as if to say speed it up Chet or more volume Doug.
From this broadcast, we esentially have Lu’s 3rd DVD.
Don’t forget to check out KCRW’s archives for other great tapings-There is another Lu one but audio only and for Lafayette@Lafayette wrote:

OMG…I think I’m drunk on Lucinda listening to this show!

.There is a short audio with John Mellencamp’s article written on the decline of the music business.
I only went back to 2005 in the archives, there appears to be a lot more.
Thank goodness for Public Radio / TV

Yeah, the Create Space subsidiary of Amazon is rather a unique idea to reduce inventories and just burn the
    CD-R when requested.
I listened to a lot of samples of Jennifer’s songs and I really like her sound. Her My Space site has over 20,000 members.

Also, I mentioned more than once in other posts, I am continually amazed at Lucinda’s connections with other artists.
Here is a photo of Jennifer with Charlie Louvin.

You are most welcome. For me, it’s a lot of fun to search out Lucinda’s many, many connections with other great artists.
I’d better see if my local Best Buy has Laura’s CD.

Since we were discussing Tift’s music, I thought I would re-post Tim’s thread of April 23, 2008 elsewhere in this Forum.
This is a great 37 minute video performance from KCRW Los Angeles April 17, 2008 with Doug Pettibone in the band.

Anderson Fair in the ’70s.. saw a Sat night live rerun last night.. you’ve come a long way from the hippie folk singer! Pretty HOT! congratulations on success! My favorite Lucinda song, “just another man, just another one night stand..” remember? I guess I’ll always laugh AT Roger for that.. Pat & I laughed our butts off over coffee that morning 25 years ago! Tim O ( not Tim L. )..
