I think that’s her only contribution, Tom. But, I’m wrong about a lot of things…

Neko Case will release a new album, “Middle Cyclone,” March 3 on Anti-Records. Case’s first release since 2006’s “Fox Confessor Brings The Flood” features 12 Case-penned songs, in addition to covers of “Never Turn Your Back on Mother Earth” by Sparks and “Don’t Forget Me” by Harry Nilsson. Case and her core band are joined by numerous guests on the release, including M. Ward, Garth Hudson, and Sarah Harmer, as well as members of The New Pornographers, Los Lobos, Calexico and Giant Sand, among others. (LiveDaily.com)

    Gotta love the Bobster.
Some days, BIABH is my favorite of his.
This week, though, I think it’s Blood on the Tracks.
    Thanks for posting, jrs.

ACL = “Austin City Limits,” a long-running music program on PBS television stations. “Check your local listings.” 🙂

“That this back-and-forth exists is one of the consequences of the influence that the web now has in our lives. Think back 20 years: Even if fans were to get worked up about this sort of thing, what would be the outlet for it? But the ability of devotees to fire back has emboldened them to, in some cases, take a proprietary view of the project. Which may come as news to the headstrong Young, who has held out this long to do exactly what he wanted to do. Who knows? Maybe the outcry will spur him to rethink the concept. Maybe he’ll just pack it up and cancel the whole thing.”

And there you have it. Thanks for the link, Tim!
