ParticipantWhoa. People Talkin’!
I haven’t checked in lately, but Tony G, I’m catching the Indianapolis show on my way to Notre Dame to move the kid in for his sophomore year. I’m planning on meeting up with stoger and I’ll be joining a fellow JM fan and his friend. We all went to the Bloomington show together last year or the year before. I think it was last year.
Go Hoosiers! Go Irish!

ParticipantIt came in a little under an hour, noted by the timer on the Live FB feed I recorded. 😀

ParticipantI guess I missed Lu worked with him.
I pulled up several articles, here is one that mentions he worked with Lu.

And the list could go on and on.
Condolences to his family and to all the artists he touched.

ParticipantThank You!
Has Lu ever kicked off her set before with “Something Wicked.” I don’t recall, and I love the choice.
Lafayette
ParticipantThanks, Stoger. Ha. Must be a love connection with the intros. After Lu joined Steve during his set last night in Cincy for “You’re Still Standing There” he introduced her as Lucinda *f*&king* Williams. 😀

ParticipantGo it alone if you have to, Grumpy Mama! I would miss so many good shows (and road trips) if I didn’t go solo.
YOLO.

ParticipantReceived a text from Viv today RE: the Durham date in Dec for this show/tour. I told her it was a MUST SEE for me.
North Carolina, here I come!
Lafayette
ParticipantI always love a Renegade.

ParticipantThanks for the report, stoger!
I was just double checking the tour schedule before sauntering to this thread, thinking the next couple of days will be brutal for Lu flying back and forth from coast to coast.
Side note on Lilly Hiatt. I’ve yet to see her do a live show. I do know, though, her cousin, a fellow Mellenhead, thinks she’s the Bo Diggity. I’ll have to squeeze her in at some point.
Happy Trails, hope to see you in Cincinnati!

ParticipantPerseverance. Never give up when it comes to concert tickets.
Lafayette
ParticipantI’m assuming Stoger is in the Crescent City??
Lafayette
ParticipantWahoo. The site looks fabulous!

ParticipantI was able to get right in for Cincy. The first tickets I pulled using ‘Lucinda’ as the presale password were in the 2nd section from the stage. I had a friend helping me and she pulled same section. She threw hers back and then used ‘Dwight’ as password and pulled 4th row left. I then threw my 2nd section from the stage tickets back and used ‘Dwight’ and pulled 4th row right but a few seats closer to center than the ones my friend was holding. I grabbed the ones I pulled and ended up purchasing.
Checking in with another member, I was told they had better luck using ‘Dwight’ as password for NC.
One of my JM friends purchased the Indy tickets for us, and he said he also had better luck using ‘Dwight.’ That show seemed high demand. He had 4 windows open with ipad, phone, and PC and was only able to pull 12 row.
I often like to reference this scene from “The Big Bang Theory” when purchasing concert tickets. Nothing could be more true or accurate.

ParticipantBOOM! I’m in for Cincinnati and Indianapolis.

ParticipantAnyone familiar with King Leg, the opener for this bombastic tour?
I just did a search and found this. It looks like he has a Dwight Yoakum connection. So awesome.
