Ya’ll aren’t making this any easier (!), but I appreciate the outreach.

Hey, with me, crazier things have happened. I’ve been known to change my mind a time or two.

I suspect Roger will be doing every show up and down the coast 😆 , unless school is in session for those later gigs.

What fun this trip should be for everyone!

Here is a Studio 89 podcast up on my favorite NPR station featuring one of my top 5 performers. An hour of music and excellent Q & A, and me, in the background, clapping ;-). Also, Mark Miller, BR549, sat in on bass, the keyboard player kicked ass, and I love the drummer!

lwj…Mike is a fellow Canuck (Nova Scotia).

Depending on travel constraints and real-life challenges, I am planning on Sacramento thru San Diego. (P.S. Sandyeggo is my West Coast name. Sandy Claus is my Christmas name. How bad is that?!)

Can’t wait to see everyone again. 😀

    SO jealous! Have fun Sandyeggo!

I am SO jealous or does envious sound less caustic?

Have fun TNT! Nice vacation, so it sounds, traveling the west coast. Maybe you could hitch a ride on the tour bus…I hear Butch is quite the gourmet cook.

John’s son was named after one of his favorite movie characters, “Hud,” played by one of his favorite actors, Paul Newman. John’s wife once said her son’s name was chosen long before his birth.

I must live under a rock as I have never seen the ‘Wednesday’ commercial. Tomorrow, I need to include pasta in my meal plan and yell out the window for my kid. Oh, wait, no need to yell out the window, sadly, he’s usually within shouting distance.

    Funny stuff, lefty.

“Sundays” lyrics hit home for me. As a child, it meant school the following day, as an adult and my former work schedule, it meant going back to work the next day. Fridays were always my favorite day!

Here is “No Better Than This” (under “Cool New Music”) which went out yesterday to AAA radio as the first single. If you scroll down, you can hear a Ray LaMontagne song as well 8)

John’s upcoming record was recently leaked, and with the posting of this link now on his forum, I am passing along. 30 second clips of each song. This record is “off the hook” for me.

The person, wearing the cowboy hat, pictured on the album cover, is his oldest son.
