inside job, that would be way cool and if you could post that flappy stuff from the shows. not in pertaining to curfews, i just think there would be
a general interest by most here re all the stuff that goes on.

you make it sound like i’m the only one who’s got at problem with ending the show with *we’ve got a curfew*. poke around, there appears to be plenty participants here who feel the same. and from the curfew posts i’ve seen, it seems like it’s been more than 2-3 times. but i’ll admit don’t know that for a fact either way. when you throw the curfew biz out there, if you’re in the audience and didn’t know better, it sounds like the circuit breaker for the stage power gets flipped at 11 if there’s still music being played. which is the point i’ve tried to emphasize, you CAN play longer. obviously this is not a charitable endeavour for her, sh!t happens some nights and you’re certainly not climbing up on stage to lose money. the night i had a problem with the curfew stuff was radio city. while i’m not up on every aspect of her long career, i would imagine a sold out radio city was one of the higher profile and more profitable gigs she’s done. if she wanted to play longer, she should have. if she was done for the night, that’s fine too. but don’t use a curfew on a night like that, it sounds so disingenious.

ok, if it’s a smaller building were the margin’s close, get your ass on stage earlier so you can wrap your set up when you’re satisfied, even if it’s 10 or 15 minutes early. the *we’ve got a curfew* mumble is pretty worn out.

she can stick her hand in her pocket and pay overtime anytime she wants to *screw* the curfew.

    >(imagine how much joey ramone spit would be worth on ebay today?)

forget the joey ramone spit, i want one of the dozens of toy rats i threw back on stage during the massive rat *war* at the capital theater after the good rats threw them into the crowd.

particapate in any *rat wars* with the band, rhino?

to underwhelmed and anyone else who is put off by the lyric book, keep this in mnd. while she is the only performer i’ve ever seen with a music stand and lyric book, she is far from the only performer reading lyriics. there are quite of few acts with teleprompters (not coincidently *older* acts with larger catalogs), difference is, you never see them. they’re a screen flush with the stage or look like a stage (speaker)wedge. the lyric book may look tacky or out of place, but it’s obviously what she’s comfortable with. but, she ain’t the only one reading.

yeah, i caught that. pretty surprised they only used the musical lead-in and not the first few lines as it fit the storyline.

well ripley, considering you think imus is stupid, judgemental, negative asshole with no redeeming qualities, i’m quite suprised you’re not his #1 booster around here. from your stated opinion of the man, sounds like he’s a regular role model. (that probably wasnt’ the best stuff to copy from someone else in your attempt to be, witty? biting? sarcastic?)

i should be ashamed of myself? try this

    i knew you could.

    time to move on.

because your overwhelming stupidity just simply astounds me ripley, i really want to be clear on the intent of your post. because i’ve listened to imus on and off for 30+ years, i should be defending his vulgar comments from last week?

really, tell me you’re kidding, just tryng to stir sh1t up, something. anything. you can’t be that much of a dolt.

    on second thought……
