No Philly or NJ on this run as the available dates just didn’t fit. But she will definitely be there early next year.
Actually there was offer to play DC on 9/30 but she couldn’t do it once the offer to do Letterman on 10/2 was confirmed. She will definitely be there next year.
I will check into the UK pricing of the cd to make sure it is not a mistake. I have a feeling it might be. Thanks for pointing that out.
The setlists should be somewhat different than most of the summer shows. Playing outdoor festivals is different than your indoor headlining tour.
Also -there will be no second show in Chicago. The 25th will be at the Orpheum in Madison.
She last played the House Of Blues there in 2005 I believe, and unfortunately, for whatever reason the show did not sell well. As a result Lucinda’s booking agent has had some cold feet about going back there. But we may give it a shot again after the new album is out. But it can be a tough place to play because there are so many things going on.

No Florida shows are planned for 2008. I’m sure she will get there in 2009.
The New York show is not sold out.
There most likely will be two Minneapolis shows at First Ave, the first on Sept 23 the plan is to play Little Honey from top to bottom for the set and to webcast the audio. The second show on Nov. 5 will be the first one back after a short break.
Right now the plan is to release the 20th Anniversary reissue of the Lucinda Williams (Rough Trade) album with a DVD of the El Rey night of that album being the second disc- in fact the editing of the dvd part is almost completed.
It most likely will be released Q1 of next year.A much larger dvd with footage from all the nights is still being discussed-and it is very much hoped that it will happen.
Oversight. Buick 6 will open all the shows this fall.
Some pre-sales were not until today and I think there are still a couple going onsale next week.Not the whole album–just Real Love, shipped to radio this past Weds. By Friday it had already been added at several of the leading AAA indicator stations in Chicago, San Francisco, Austin, Denver, New York, Philadelphia and Albany among others which is fantastic because the actual add date is not until 9/5. It was also added instantly at Sirius.
