I was able to find a good pair in the orchestra when the venue released some extras! Iām very excited and hope my friend will love her and be touched by her art as I have been.
I am going solo to the NYC show at the Beacon, second row Orchestra. Is anyone else going? Iād sure love some company before or after the show. Iād have probably gone to the NJ show today too but Iām seeing Mary Chapin Carpenter tonight!

Show was awesome. She played “2 Kool 2 Be 4-Gotten.” No Springsteen. Killer sound. Butch was on fire. š
I had such a wonderful time. Thank you so much! I could not have afforded to go otherwise with public transportation hikes. š I’ve never seen any artist on 2 consecutive nights until now – and I’m happy it was Lucinda who broke that spell! š
I so hoped for a Top 5 album this time. There were so few high profile releases last week.
A few thousand less bought this than “Little Honey.” Where did those people go?
Oh well, it’s a small thing right now.
However, Lucinda and management should realize that if she ever puts out an album in January it’s almost a guaranteed Top 5, if not #1. It’s always a slow release month with low sales.
I downloaded three of the four tracks but forgot to download or pressed the wrong button when downloading “Ugly Truth.”
Now, when I go to use the code, it won’t let me re-use it.
How can I get my hands on this 4th track? I hope I still get a chance to hear it.

I’m thinking more like #4. This will be accomplished by there not being an onslaught of new releases in the same week and less overall record sales in the industry.
If it sells anything around the numbers of “Little Honey” it is likely to chart higher than that one, which is her only Top 10 album – for now.
It warms me over every time I hear Lucinda mention Leonard in “Rarity.” The whole “Little Honey” album just absolutely blows me away, but that song may be the highlight of the whole thing.
I was waiting for this. I’m so glad they remembered her a whole year later. She’s got formidable competition, but she deserves to win. Good luck Lu!
I simply couldn’t go tonight, but it looks like it was a wonderful, wonderful show. “Overtime” can never be anything but mesmerizing. The fact that she skipped over “Knowing” makes me feel a little bit better about missing out, though – I’ve wanted to hear it live since the minute I first heard it on the record. It’s truly my favorite, neck and neck, with “Rarity” from “…Honey.”
