    stoger, I will do my best but keep in mind that it’s been like a scene out of planes, trains, and automobiles for me to finally get here. and it’s a winefest. hopefully someone else will be able to qc whatever setlist i come up with, haha

    Indeed West Words, an economical use of words is hard to come by. For now, I have to rely on ruthless editing, which requires forethought and planning (also hard to come by).

    I’m so disappointed that I couldn’t get down there with my daughter (now I’m really Grumpy). Based upon the last 2 posts, I think all in all I’m OK with having missed this one. I do want to know how the big balloon ride was, though. Anyone?

    Blake, to your first point, that ~10 song set at Bardot Hollywood was up high on my list and after surviving many marathon deadshows, quality not quantity.

    The UCLA Live site lists the public onsale date as Friday July 22. If you are local and subscribe to 4 shows, you can reserve tix now (I got mine a few weeks back). Will be a fun weekend seeing lucinda back to back with They Might Be Giants, hahaha

    they didn’t play Little Angel or Ugly Truth. Great show. I didn’t track the setlist but know what I didn’t hear:) bonus at stubb’s was Black Pistol Fire indoors afterwards. Those guys rock.
