with all due respect….predictable, and lame Grammy result…that’s all I have to say about that.

TO….. This is a blessed tour, with some stellar shows, is there a chance anything will see the light of day?
If not an official release, perhaps make downloads available. Just a thought. Thanks, for truckin’ up to Buffalo on this back leg of the tour.

I hope they still have some gas in the tank for tonight’s show. Sunday, 3rd consecutive show in a row, and reports of hot hot shows….lets hope Lu and the boys keep it going, and blow the roof off of the old Town Ballroom.
ps….please play your stellar rendition on Trying To Get To Heaven, after all, it is the Lord’s day:-)

If not Help, maybe Give Peace a Chance…I couldn’t resist.

I was channel surfing, and came across Tina Turner live in Holland….never been a huge fan, but she nailed Help! As I listened to her slower tempo version(the integrity of the song remained intact), I thought Lucinda’s vocals would really shine with a similar approach.

UB is a wonderful venue, but way to sterile of an environment for my taste.
THANK YOU!!! Tom and Lu for coming to the Town Ballroom.

Atonement was never one of my favorites, but after seeing Lucinda breathe fire singing it live…I get it. Sadly, the come on’s take me to a song that I know some people love, but quite frankly has never aroused me.

Some things are worth the wait… thanks for even considering a possible future release. I’m just thrilled to hear that somewhere out there is a recording of this special night, and perhaps someday it will see the light of day.

    Dear Tom,
Please find a way to make this show available. I was blessed to catch a handful of shows this tour, and in my humble opinion, Sunday’s show is worthy of official release. All the shows were good, but this night had a heavy dose of the x-factor… moments that transcend space and time, when the music plays the band, and everyone in the room is along for the ride. Great stuff indeed.
    Thanks for all you do.
    Blessed

My 2 cents…tonight’s show was one of those special nights. I’m a sucker for the ballads…transendent, beautiful night of music. Easily, one of my top Lu concerts ever. Thank you, Lucinda, David, Butch, and Blake.

The itunes stuff sounds great…keep the live recordings coming. There is alot out there, but the quality is lacking on most of it. Side note to the powers that be, love the 2 guitar sound. I know Val is only on board for a cup of coffee, but the potential to rival the best of Lu’s players over the years is definitely there. IMO They’re just scratching the surface on this recording.
Thank you, for getting quality live Lu out to the masses.
ps….If you haven’t seen Lucinda in a few years, by all means, check her out this time around.

WOW! I just heard/watched the rest of this show on utube. Fabulous versions of Righteously, Real Live Bleeding Fingers, and especially Changed the Locks. Not to be greedy, but it’s a shame that the entire show was not made available.

    TO,
I know this is a long shot… I purchased the LP deluxe version at one of the Toronto shows and never got a receipt. Is there any way that I can get my hands on those downloads? If not, it’s all good. Be sure to thank Lucinda, band, and crew for the great run of shows from Erie>Ann Arbor>Toronto>Ithaca. Hope to see you this Summer???
