    Thanks for the reply. Gave SOW a spin today….classic Lu. Super excited to hear all these great tunes 25 years down the road. Kudos, to whoever came up with the idea.

    TO…. Forgive me if this was addressed elsewhere. Any chance of Amos Lee lending his voice to Little Angel, Little Brother? Looking forward to hearing the “new” SOW. Some of Lu’s finest work lyrically speaking imo.

    My favorite…from what I’ve heard so far.
    Looking forward to hearing the rest of DWSMD, and catching a few shows this fall/winter.
    For the record, I love the cover, and think it would make a great concert T-shirt.

    Just was checking out some youtube clips of the event, and was surprised to see a Lucinda connection. On a side note, can’t wait to hear the new material….. I hope Doug’s on board. She’s had some fabulous players over the years, but Pettibone is my favorite.

    Yeah, sound is less than stellar….but I couldn’t resist sharing my enthusiasm. I appreciated what Blake brought to the table, but Doug brings the “fire” that I’ve been missing in Lu’s “rock/blues” songs.

    Yeah, that’s the one. Love Jim Lauderdale as the “bad boy” on Jailhouse Tears, and Doug’s guitar throughout…not to mention Buddy Miller…now there’s a touring band. WOW

    jealous…Doug + Lu = pure bliss. I love what Blake brought to the band this past year, but Doug’s got that mojo workin’.
