I’ve seen Lu at the Tabernacle twice, and a couple of other places here and yon. The Tabernacle is the best venue for any show; Lu was great there. I think the theory on number of tickets = which venue is correct. Variety is OK, but Tabernacle is special. It has reopened since the tornado, with other acts playing. In addition to Lu, I saw Willie, Foo Fighters, and Ben Harper in the Tabernacle. It is an old church converted into a hall, complete with the pipes of the old pipe organ behind the stage. Lu likes to play Get Right with God, Atonement, Unsuffer Me, etc., when there. GREAT SHOW; don’t miss it! I have my reserved balcony and cannot wait.
