I can only give many thanks to all who contributed in bringing this tour to life for those of us unable to be there, I have really enjoyed all the set lists and reports, hopefully we can look forward to some dates this side next summer, until then happy holidays to all and a guid new year when it comes.

Thank you all once again, what a wonderful set list…..

West Memphis was my favourite on first hearing the new album, and I have not lost any love for it since.

But my love for When I Look At The World just grows and grows overtime,
what a great one two that and Lake Charles must have been.

Sounds like Lucinda and the band are on top form, please tell us we can get the chance to see and hear this sometime soon.

Lafayette, I have posted these Iplayer links before and people have said they do not work, but I think they have accessed the web sites themselves and managed to get a working link, mind you the programme was last Friday night and I think the links are only available for 7 days, good luck if you try.
Exile the more I think about it you are probably correct that it is Gurf Morlix.

I thought Linda Ronstadt was superb, she is a real honey, such a shame about her health problems.
Emmylou was as good as ever, I also really liked the Gillian Welch track.

Have since found out that this was from BBC HQ in London in 1993,
with Lucinda on backing vocals was Mary Chapin Carpenter.

Do not know who the guitarist was though.

Thanks for the info, TomO has already said on here that there will be an Australian/European tour next year,
hopefully this narrows the dates down a bit for those who need to book travel, hotels etc early for the best deals.

Still introducing myself to this masterpiece, each day I like a different track more than the last, ,Lucinda has a habit of doing that to you.
There just seems to be a whole togetherness about the whole project, and everyone pulling in the same direction with the same goal.

Still very early days, but the solo on Cold Day In Hell is like the coldest beer on the hottest summer day,, it just hits the spot.
Loved West Memphis from first listen and nothing has changed, ,my kind of music, and if you do not find yourself grooving to it, I am afraid
you are dead already. As I said still early days and I am sure things will move as I take every chance to listen as often as possible, cause Lucinda`s music just grows and it something which you never tire of.

Thank you so much and hopefully it will not be too long before we get the chance to see this live.

p.s. entered the UK album chatrs at Number23 this week, really amazing considering how little airtime Lucinda gets here.

Andy has had a tough time since his injury lay off, hopefully it will improve for him from here on in.

As for his view on our Independence vote, nowadays he tends not to get involved in those matters
after making his feelings clear on how he hoped england would do before the 2010 World Cup and
facing the backlash, he has recovered that by winning wimbledon since, and realises the benefit
to Brand Murray by keeping neutral (at least in public) on these matters.

Will we see you during the Europe tour next year ?

Not sure how quickly I will be able to get my copy LWjetta, but you can listen to two of the new tracks here :-

Hope it works outside UK, this is a link to replay The Bob Harris radio show and is available for another 5 days here.
I listen to Bob`s two radio shows every week, and he is one of very few DJ`s here in the UK who regularly play Lucinda and is the reason I discovered Lucinda in the first place, so I owe him so much.
It is a three hour show and hour three is called “The Listening Booth” where Bob plays a selection of tracks from new and forthcoming releases, this week he had Lucinda`s` new album and was enthusing about it from the start of his show.
He played two tracks firstly “Protection” at 02:07:10 followed by “Compassion” at 02:42:35 (If you want to cut to the chase) my first review goes as follows :- excellent and up to Lucinda standard and I am sure like most previous records from Lu will be a real grower as well.
Hope the link works for all the Lucinda fans across the globe.
