I bought a copy last night at the show. He’s still hawking it. As a matter of fact he was standing right next to the display so I had to buy one. 8)
I was there…..thanks for the setlist. 🙂 I agree with everthing you said….awesome show!! Being 20ft. from Lucinda was incredible….my wife was a reluctant fan, but after seeing her for the second time she can’t wait for the 3rd time.
I’ll be back to Brownfield for the Cowboy Junkies. 😀
(by the way, I was told 180 people) 😉 My short review is in the general forum. What town do you live in jimrjim?
Last nights show was great! Seeing her with 179 other people was a real treat.
Walked in the door to the barn and Doug was standing there, so my wife and I got to meet him which was cool.
Lucinda and the band really seemed to enjoy themselves. I’ve never seen her laugh, talk and smile as much as last night.
She played a few new songs, which were all really good. Rescue was mesmerizing as usual and she finished with AC/DC’s “It’s a Long Way to the Top (if you wanna Rock n’ Roll). I would have rather heard a Lucinda song, but no complaints about this show.
If you’re a fan and were within driving distance(2 hours for me) and skipped this one you really missed out. 😀

I’m surprised I havn’t seen any of you Lucinda fans(which I am) mention Cowboy Junkies. Some great music and song writing. Some of the tunes on West remind me of Junkies. My recommendation anyway. 😀
