Good show. Thought the guitar was perfect complement to whatever tune Lucinda was doing. It was pure and ethereal….. complementary on austere songs as the opener, Ventura, or West (which was done beautifully), to a great blues lead “Where is My Love”. Unsuffer Me was spill your heart out, wounded, wailing ala Springsteen doing ‘NYC Serenade circa’ 74′ at Avery Fisher
I had a good time. Was it great? No, but it provided me enough highlights for me in what is the “classiest” coolest visually beatuiful venues one will ever find. A very good show in this writer’s eyes.
Listen. There could’ve been far worse fucking places for you to be last evening (i.e. MSG with Aguelera & the Pussycats or Byrne Arena for Timberlake) . Think about that…. 😀
