hey Jack, long time Lucinda fan here, first time poster. I recently purchased tickets to the mountain park show, the best available seats at the time were section 5. I just recently saw better seats were available. I called the box office and tried to see if I could get the better seats. They told me I could not exchange the tickets, I could only purchase the better ones and keep my current ones as well.

Think there’s anyway I could get better seats? Any suggestions? ANYONE? HELP!
