Certainly some great ones listed and a couple I can honestly say I’ve never heard ,but I’ll have to fix that.

Another couple that come to my mind now,

Zappa- Live in New York (Illinois Enema Bandit……brilliant !!!!!)

Rory Gallagher- Irish Tour 74 (What an Incredible Talent, R.I.P. Rory)

I completely concur with the Allmans Filmore album another all time favorite, thanks for all of your input/replies.BD

I agree for the most part, but didn’t you like Anne McQue (?) at Cain’s I thought she was pretty good, and a pretty impressive guitarist, but I do like a nice bit of slide guitar every now and then. 😀

I think he opened the Dallas show, had a hard time equipment wise and don’t think he ever recovered…….”not my cup of tea” at all, must be an aquired taste.

Well besides a 20 track homemade Lu CD,my rotation at the moment has Van Morrison,Frank Zappa,Guy Clark,SRV and last but at the moment very definately not least Little Feat-Waiting for Columbus,it has to be one of the Very best LIVE recordings ever made !!!!! Bar none, in my humble foot tapping boogieing(?) opinion.Loved it the first time and still love it.

Hey great show at The Longhorn second best I’ve seen this year, the best was at Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, similar venue ,NO SEATS on the dance floor much more energy, much more fun !!!(and Doug was more blazin that night!!!) anyway….another song nobody has mentioned “Big Red Sun Blues” excellent ! hadn’t heard it in years, sounded really fresh, as she said it’s great to have “dusted off ” a bunch of the old stuff. It was an excellent acoustic venue and the band seems to be getting tighter and tighter, thinking of visiting my brother in London in November, hmmmm. Oh yeah there was also a pretty raunchy version of “Come On” 😀
