“The Studio carries on the legacy of the 1950s and 60s when Webster Hall was the live recording home of RCA Records, where legends such as Elvis Presley, Sam Cooke, Ray Charles and Bob Dylan made history and invented rock and roll.
The Studio continues Webster Hallβs long standing legacy of providing live entertainment and unique recorded content to the people of New York City and citizens of the World.”

November 26, 2010 at 1:26 pm #44747fuji81ParticipantSpeaking of 3 more new dates…
Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse???
Surely, one of the three is a possibility on your way from Toronto to NYC. If not, 2 opening sets in Toronto will do just fine. On a side note; any word on the band for this tour? Looking forward to the latest incarnation.November 26, 2010 at 7:39 pm #44748stogerParticipant@tntracy wrote:

5/7 -Austin Tx–StubbsT.Overby, any thoughts of an opener for Stubb’s ?
Hint-Erika Wennerstrom and the Heartless Bastards, since they reside now in Austin and have played several times at Stubbs indoors.( and, of course, opened for Lu before )
Their new record maybe out by then.
But I assume Lu’s gig will be in the outside ampitheatre in May (room for >2,500)
That would be a concert I would cash in my travel points to go to.lwj
p.s. Did you guys consider the new Austin City Limits venue opening downtown early next year ?December 17, 2010 at 2:45 am #44754TOverbyParticipantThe new ACL venue is where the Lost Highway records 10th Anniversary show will be on 3/18 during SXSW. In fact I think it will be the very first show there, but I could be mistaken about that.
