So let’s see what’s the best way to describe this show—did we fry The Egg?, did we scramble The Egg? When Butch went full Keith Moon for a second and his drum kit fell apart I guess you could say we beat The Egg? OK that’s taking it way too far, I’m sure Albanites have heard them all -but bad puns aside it was a pretty sizzling night at The Egg—ok, ok that’s the last one. Lots of great song requests (which are noted by the asterisk on the setlist) and played most of them -several of which hadn’t been played yet on this tour including Greenville and Copenhagen which Lu and the band were thrilled with. The uniqueness of The Egg definitely fits into “The Unique Venue Tour Of 2017” -what a great little run this has been.
