As some of you noticed Lucinda mentioned on FB that if anyone coming to the shows had requests to let us know what show and what songs etc. -just wanted to make sure that no one in here felt left out of that offer. But for the most part we have always looked at the requests in here an done everything that was possible to do. Can’t do them all, especially when a new guitar player is learning a million songs at once but she always wants to do the ones she can. So bring ’em on and she’ll do the best she can.
I just want to say I love this woman…with fans requests in mind 😀 This particular post on Lu’s FB page elicited MANY responses, very cool to see.

Really apprecitae this Tom, I know from previous experience that this is indeed the case.
Unlike you guys we here in the UK/Europe do not get as many opportunities to see Lucinda live.However when we travelled to Dublin a few years back I made a request via the forum,
and the great lady duly obliged, was the icing on a very fine cake indeed.Lucinda/Tom keep up the good work, may not post to often here, but check in daily for my “fix”,
and give thanks to all who keep us up to date.For the show at the Uptown Theatre in Napa tonight (8/25), I would love to hear Overtime, Ventura, Are You Alright?, Real Love, and anything from the upcoming release Blessed. Thank you for your consideration. Can’t wait for the show. We were able to obtain tickets for the third row on the first day they went on sale.

requesting a song for a concert i’ll not attend – and doing that twice – must be a first. hopefully robert (KJR) will be able to record it (if it happens) and add to his compilation. in a perfect world, lucinda would give a nod to his ongoing (and neverending, i suspect) project. you have no idea the amount of e-mails exchanged between france/germany/brazil and now sweden – all i can say this is something created out of love and kept alive out of love (with a touch of insanity) as well. can’t think of a nicer way to close the new ultra deluxe edition then lucinda saying one thing or two about it.
