Look for the first handful of shows will be announced tomorrow:
9/6- Tulsa -Cain’s Ballroom
9/9- Memphis -MInglewood
9/14- Austin -Stubb’s
9/15- New Orleans -Tipitinas!The first set of these shows will be celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Rough Trade record by playing that record in it’s entirety. You heard it here first. Should be a lot of fun.
Whoo hoo: the two extremes of the great state of TN, within 12 days of one another. May as well be in Arkansas on the one hand, Virginia (which you will) on the other. Thanks for early notice here. Keep em comin. And I’m especially interested in your arrival/departure schedule up around Bristol. Any time to linger in the “Birthplace of Country Music” and the Carter Fold environs?

Railroad, here’s one big reason for the !
I recall Lucinda wrote ( hand-written) on this forum places that she used to go to in New Orleans in the 70]s for one of our forum member’s planned trip to New Orleans ( member Lafayette ) . that she used to go hear Professor Longhair play the piano at Tipitina’s.

A second show has been added at Tipitina’s for 9/16 -it’s going to be a very special show-but give out the details yet.
We also confirmed two more shows:
9/12 -Dallas
9/18 -Saxapahaw NC (near Durham)Almost got them all confirmed== finally.

I can only go to the first (Sunday) N.O. one, but I trust that will be “special” in its own right. . . .
Stubb’s will be great. Any chance of a presale, or when will tickets be available? I’m thinking about heading over to Tipitina’s next day, but I’d need to take Monday off work to fly home to the Northwest.
Yes -there will be presales for all the (non-festival) shows including Stubb’s -Stubb’s presale will go up tomorrow at 10 am CST on Lucinda’s facebook fanpage.
