    What a set: who cares really that Lucinda introduced song nine as “. . . Bleeding Guitar Strings” or that she repeated the “heaven/24-7” verse during “Honeybee?” As a sunglassed Lu herself said to us, “It’s early.” I say: not too early to start thinking about those impending Grammy nominations for Little Honey–this one’s going to be special.

    Sayonara after Spokane, Lefty, though I would have loved to trip the metropolises of Bend and Aracata too. Someone else will have to pick up the ball from here. Spokane was essentially the same setlist as Seattle, a free show, great vibe. It’s a joy to be able to do this.
