I’ve only heard a few things by RG … wow … she’s #1 on my Explore More list 8)
Any of you FFers familiar with her ❓I’ve seen her several times with The Carolina Chocolate Drops and she’s the real deal. She has this thing she does where she finds “forgotten” songs and recreates them and it’s an amazing alchemy (I can’t remember the title, but for instance, one was a song written by a woman in the 1920’s (!!) advocating divorce that she reworked to great effect). Thumbs up for this fellow North Carolinian. Viv
