I’ve been taking my son to shows since he was eight years old, and not once has anyone shouted “HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HAYDEN”, it’s his 15th the night of the Auckland show. He is a big fan of yours, so if this sort of request is considered, please consider this one.

I thought I might be rude enough to ‘make a request’ too. I hope you don’t mind me stealing your thread, but we wait a long time for great concerts in NZ. So is it okay to call it a general “Request” thread for Auckland?
Anyhow I have a 7 year old son whose name is “Jackson”, anytime we play this song all 3 our kids, ages 3, 5 and 7 start singing along in full voice. They also sing it just for fun, we (obviously) find it quite cute. We would love to hear this at the concert….
Seeing as the US tour is over – and I’ve loved reading all the reports, and set lists etc (thanks very much) – it’s now time for us to start getting excited. Auckland show in a month, this will be the end of the downunder tour (although the 2 NZ dates aren’t listed on the website).
Good concerts are extremely few and far between down here, so we’ll be glad to get a show – and have nothing to compare it to! Hopefully the merch table is well stocked with albums when they come, and I get to fill the gaps in my collection….
