Btw, I bought a “Buick Six” shirt from the Friendly Forum’s famous friend Susannah last Sat. No discount on that one. I plan to wear it at my next Dylan show, knowing full well that Bob won’t play that song live ever again.

Impressive alliteration in your latest, Lefty.

Beyond that, this is just filler to keep the Rochester thread going until, etc. . . . .

Simply sporting of you to suggest such, stoger!

A question for you: During the Rochester version of “Well,Well,Well,” Butch was tapping on what looked like a section of ventilator shaft. Was he playing that at other shows you attended?

I agree about the lovely photos, really first rate. Got any that happen to show Eric playing that sparkly red guitar? I want to show it to a few people and see if they can identify it. He played the hell out of the thing, actually he played the hell out of everything he touched, as if he felt he really had something to prove, which, judging from the many comments about Petitbone here, he clearly did. Proved it sufficiently to me. Lucinda has an ear for a great guitarist, but she’s by no means the first to pick up on this one.

I believe so, Leftyi: and some odd percussive instrumentation during the Buick 6 sets as well. the man’s a genius.

Great pics. Disappointed I missed the Abilene sighting.

is the Abilene the bar right beside the venue that was converted from a red brick house into a bar?

was a little too toasted from drinking half the day to remember the name of the place, but it sure looks like the place

there was a some good live music there after the show too

Yes, it’s a great place to see music for free in Roch. I, too, was long in bed by the time that pic was taken.

Don’t ever bet on Dylan not doing something…they’ve played Billy and One More Cup of Coffee so far at the first 2 shows of the tour.

I wore my “West” shirt at both Dylan and Springsteen shows last year.
