Here is a link to an article about Lu previewing her show tonight in Providence, Rhode Island. It contains alot of quotes, etc. from an earlier interview linked to from here, but I thought I’d post it up any way…

Curious what others think but the preformance last night at Lupos in Providence really sucked. Lucinda dragged out late on the stage, half-heartedly sang a few songs from early albums and then proceeded to drown in way too heavy electric. It was hard to hear her as Buick 6 became the show. One couple walked out 1/2 through a song and Lucinda swore repeatedly at them. Real dissappointment.
What was that last night at Lupos?? I’ve been to numerous shows but last nights was a total waste of time and money. She clearly was on something because she could not even remember the words to the songs and read all night from the paper lying next to her. I can handle swearing but insulting people who paid $50 for a ticket is just rude. I will think twice about going to another one of her concerts sorry to say.
