Thank you for the info. I will pass along to Universal Europe on Mon. I will also inquire about why the artwork isn’t available on ITunes as it should be.
I received an email from amazon.co.uk dated 26 Feb telling me that my copy of the deluxe edition has been dispatched.

I got a response from the head of Lucinda’s label in Europe and he said he did not know of any problem but that he would look into it when he got to the office tomorrow.
Thanks Tom. Kroese in Arnhem were the ones who mentioned the problem being with their supplier (although I’ve only seen the 1 disc everywhere else too). There number is: +31 024 3221346 in case you want to contact them.
Will there be any way for people who’ve already bought the album on iTunes to receive the booklet as a PDF or anything like that? I already submitted my receipt for the 4-song bonus.
I asked about the artwork not being on ITunes UK also and haven’t heard back yet. If they don’t put it up I will see if we can put up a downloadable version here on the website.
Just for your information guys, both versions available OK in the stores here in Scotland from yesterday.

A friend of mine in Leeds had no trouble picking it up either. Seems like the problem may be exclusive to Holland. BOL.com have the 1 disc in stock and available for 24 hr shipping but the 2 disc is still listed as out of stock and expected within 2-4 working days.
