If you watch Nurse Jackie and haven’t seen last night’s finale, stop reading now.
I just love hearing a Lucinda song pop up in a movie or TV show, especially when I have no idea it’s going to happen. Such was the case when “Get Right With God” started playing near the end of Nurse Jackie last night. The rhythm of the song matched the pace of the episode so well. It was also fitting since there is a death scene, a birth and then the camera pans to the roof of the hospital where a character simply known as “God” is making a mural out of chalk.
Fantastic.
It’s on again tonight at 10 pm Tom and is further repeated tomorow night. Showtime. This is the season finale episode.

Yes. Last night was the first airing of this particular episode.
Happened again -I think they haven’t cleared something and then I go back and look and sure enough I approved it. It was back in January which apparently is too far back for my memory.
